The hotel is ideally located just off the main shopping street of St Peter Port, offering a lovely spot to relax in after exploring the island. The rooms provide a view over the castle, with comfortable beds, and a separate bath and shower, although the view over the internal car park may not suit everyone's preference. The service is top-notch, with really friendly staff always ready to assist with any special requests. The dining options are included and offer great value, especially the homemade organic products. The hotel's facilities are modern and well-maintained.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern, and had a big cupboard right in front of the bed. The view of the castle added to the charm. The separate bath and shower were a great touch, making my stay very comfortable. However, the price was a bit on the higher side for what was offered, impacting the overall value for money.

I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was extremely friendly. The location is superb, right off the main shopping street, although the bedroom could use some practical improvements.
